[Molybdenum Boat]

Molybdenum boat, also known as evaporated mo boat or coated mo boat, is a small boat-shaped container made of molybdenum sheets or molybdenum-based alloys through high-temperature stamping. It is an important sintering carrier for the preparation of molybdenum powder and other metal powders.

During the process of evaporating the mo boat, it is heated to a high temperature to evaporate the material in the boat. This process is commonly used in thin film deposition techniques, such as physical vapor deposition (PVD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD), to deposit a thin layer of material onto a substrate. 

Evaporated mo boats can be used to deposit a wide range of materials, including metals, semiconductors and insulators. This process is often used in the production of electronic components such as integrated circuits, solar cells and LEDs, as well as the manufacture of optical coatings and other advanced materials.

6) Aluminum evaporation mo boat: a layer of aluminum oxide is coated on the surface of the boat to help the evaporation boat resist highly corrosive molten materials.
