Technical Features

1. The furnace is vertical and twin chamber structure. Integral type or split type structure are optional in accordance with site situation.
2. Jobs loading type: handing type or bracket type. compared to other suspension structure more safe.

3. Molybdenum heating elements in heating zone. Molybdenum heating elements with back isolation technology.

4. Zero consumption of inert gases. Zero consumption of argon.

5. With a loading chamber for continuous process.

6. The furnace hearth is designed around modularized optimization with good temperature uniformity performance.

7. Compared with horizontal transmission quenching device, the quenching device made up of vertical material lifting trolley has the advantage of shorter transportation time.

8. The special know-how will be used, which makes the furnace no need to charge other gases to suppress water vapor, thoroughly prevents water vapor entering into heating chamber and polluting the vacuum pump system.

9. It has a chiller to provide 5℃ water, thus to make better quench performance.
