Direct Order enables you to purchase products directly at a fixed price, without further negotiation with the supplier. If the supplier sets the fixed price for the product, the shipping price is also set, so you can proceed with the order without 1:1 inquiries and individually writing contracts.
A Buy RFQ (Request for Quotation) is a function that allows you to request a purchase from a professional trader if you have difficulty finding/purchasing a product you want to buy. It is also used when you want to trade confidentially.
When you submit an RFQ, a chatroom will be automatically generated for you to communicate with a professional trader. Once the chatroom is created, you can start a conversation with the trader.
A Sell RFQ (Request for Quotation) is a function that allows you to request a professional trader to sell your products when you have difficulty selling them. Also, it is used when you want to trade confidentially.
TrollyGo professional traders usually respond sequentially within 24 hours. However, please understand that the answer may be late due to the time difference. Also, if there are many RFQ requests, we will respond within 48 hours.
To upload a product, go to [My Page > My Trading > Product > Add] and enter product details, sales, payment, and shipping conditions.
You can apply for a vendor by clicking 'Vedor' at the top of the website. If you enter company information, phone number of the person in charge, and bank information, you can transact as a vendor after administrator's approval.
The supplier adds the product that he wants to proceed with the auction as Bidding. Buyers can choose the Bidding they want to participate in, then purchase a Bid ticket and bid at a higher price than the currently registered price. If a higher price is not offered before the bidding deadline, the buyer who offered the highest price will win the product. After checking the bid result, proceed with the transaction by negotiating in 1:1 chat and writing the Terms and Conditions.
Find a bid you would like to participate in. You can participate in the bid by purchasing a Bidding Ticket ($100). The Bidding Ticket fee($100) will be refunded to everyone at the end of the auction. However, if you win the bid but do not purchase the product, the Bidding Ticket will not be refunded.
